The residences (units) are oriented to have impeccable sea view; from the living, dining, bedroom, and even from the kitchen. residences, ranging in size from 80 sq. m., 135 sq.m., and 166 sq. m. are to sell. All are well appointed and provide a choice of of accommodation, from one room units to two- or three bedroom units, complete furniture packages with well-equipped kitchens. Visitors, who will rent the units, may opt for long or short stays, with daily, monthly, and yearly leases available.
The 1 bedroom residences have a living- and dining room, a terrace and a Jacuzzi on the lower floor, as well as a kitchen. Almost all residences have separate entrances to the bedrooms with their own balcony. A Jacuzzi on the terrace with sea view is optional on the second floor, but included on the first floor. Every residence has parking facilities near the unit (some exceptions aply). All bedrooms in the residences can be rented separately as hotel rooms. They have their own entrance, their private bathroom and their own balcony with direct full sea view. The complex has a common pool near the lobby.
All units can be are elegantly decorated in contemporary style and furnished for the utmost comfort (optional furnishing package). In addition, units are equipped with internet connection, TV, and phone.
A light restaurant and seasonal menu, possible to be catered to the room, a common pool near the beach and a reception lobby with a romantic bar will further ensure the perfect home in Samana.

Staff We will have staff for the reception, cleaning, gardening (common area), security, and maintenance.
The Maintance Staff of Vista Mare will take care of the units all year long upon request. The owners enjoy maximum comfort: The just lock the door when they leave, the rest is taken care of, like in a hotel.
