	IMPUESTO AL TRASPASO INMOBILIARIO 3% trespass tax (payable once at the moment of the Sales Register in the Dominican Title Administration)
	IMPUESTO A LA PROPIEDAD INMOBILIARIA 1% Anual Property Tax of the excess value of RD$5,000,000.00 (In case of phisical persons, companies have a different tax sistem)
