The legal structure for ownership of a Vista Mare residence will be governed by the following agreement, which will be provided upon request.

1.- Separation Agreement (Promisse of Purchase)

2.- Sales & Purchase Agreement - For the sale of your residence by the developer to the agreed plans and detailed specifications.

3.- Management Agreement - between individual owners and the Managing Company for the management, marketing and maintenance of individual residences.

4.- Other Related Agreements.
