Ownership Structure

The Site its owned by APART-HOTEL, V.M., S.A..- a Dominican Company established specifically for this project. APART-HOTEL, V.M., S.A.. will sell the units to the final buyers and they will entitled with the property right of each unit as established in Dominican Republic Law.

It will also own a separate company, which will administrate the complex , subcontract a hotel management company to manage the resort, to do the marketing and sales of the rentals
