PRINCIPALS

Architectural Design

Constructora J&J is a well-known development and real estate company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. It has a strong background and will be in charge of sales and development . This company will be also responsible for all the project permits and licenses.

Mr. Felix Antonio Jiménez Lora, also a principal, is architectural project designer. President and founder of TURINTER, he is one of the most recognized authorities and pioneer in the Dominican Republic travel industry. In partnership with the management team, he will co-ordinate the architecture, design and general concept of the project.

Mr. Dino Barré, owner of several travel companies, has over 20 years of World-Wide management experience in the travel industry. Over the last ten years, he specialized in conceptual development and design of leisure residences, luxury villas and hotels. He is in charge of the technical development, management and design of the project.

CONSTRUCTION

Mr. Enrique Tejeda Montilla is a Civil Engineer and President of "Empresa Tejemon S.A.", a Dominican construction company. In the last 20 years he has gained a prestigious reputation after the attention to detail and innovation he had placed on the development of his high-end residential projects all over the country . A number of residences that he built have been awarded in magazines such as Architectural Digest. He will be in charge of the construction.
